We Build On Your Lot
Most of our homes are built on our customer’s sites. We will meet with you on your site to determine the best placement of your home and walk you through the various elements that need to be taken into consideration: Garage placement, walk-out basement location, septic system location (if needed), direction the home faces to optimize the sun, and more.
Making the right decisions about your project in the beginning lays the groundwork for a successful outcome. We’re here to help you through the entire process.

Sonrise Construction has lots for sale in “Stone Crest”, a small community of homes located on Rt. 22 next to Salt Fork State Park near Cambridge, Ohio. We have a number of lots available that come with a minimum of 1.25 acres and start at $45,500.
